Did it really happen?
Those who know me, will not be surprised by the comment of God giving a message or
guiding me as to what he would like. Fortunate and blessed by occurrences through my life as a composer for and with Him.
The most recent story occurred while working on the lyric video for a new song called, HIGHLY FAVORED ONE. It was To be released Monday December 16th.
On Saturday Dec 14th while working on the end of the piece, where both characters call out to Mary, I heard, "hold the image you have while they call out Mary’s name. Their voices call out, “Blessed Mary.” It is the only time the two voices sing together.
When I pressed play to see how it looked, while watching & listening to their voices ring out, my arms began to shiver! Tears came to my eyes. I realized that it was Him saying, "This is what I want....Let it be. It is done.” And even the next time coming to this spot in the video, gave me "shivers" on my arms once again. I thanked Him for guiding me.
Sunday December 15th 6:20 AM
The second thing that happened regarding this release, was, the next day, Sunday December 15th. I was going to make the master video. And, as sometimes, it happens when trying to do good, the "other" guy comes along to sabotage you! That is exactly what happened. When I went to the computer to open the file, I was met with the annoying circle of spinning colors that tells you "....your screen is FROZEN. Your program cannot open! Your file is corrupt! And to add to this corruption, there was “no” backup file. I thought, “You didn't help me make a perfect ending for our song yesterday, only to let it be lost today. Please help me...”
In my mind I heard, "Remember those two trial videos you made that were not finished yet? Use them. Copy them into the program and you can make it work..… and it did…! Enjoy the lyric video. While watching....remember all the images and editing were lost and only on two saved “working trys” that were not quite right, existed. They came together to make the video. With those beautiful moving moments at the end where the Angel & Narrator call out to Mary "Blessed Mary.!"
True story. Sincerely Marlane Tubridy
