Rhythmic Conversation
Two Solo Guitars, a Solo Piano "gather" to have a conversation.
The Orchestra listens and begins to care about the "three friends."
The two guitars are busy, happy and exchanging light conversation. The "piano" has "something" on its mind. Something is not quite right and is pensive.
The two guitars notice their friend and then seek to console, encourage and help their third friend. The orchestra joins in and it resolves in a joyous break through for all.
This programmatic concerto grosso provides exciting and moving "musical" themes as the "conversation" among them evolves.
A unique form for classical trained composer, Marlane Tubridy to use to make the music and "story" come alive in sound.
